The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) and the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM), observed Moriarty's softball team prevail over Espanola Valley by a tally of 25-2.

The Pintos (15-6) will now prepare for their bout against Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM). The Sundevils go into the 4A District 2 bout with a 4-12 record. In their last bout, Espanola Valley was routed by Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 15-11, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Sundevils clash with the Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM) in a 4A District 2 bout, on Saturday, April 19. Espanola Valley will attempt to advance on its 4-14 season record. The Pintos go into the bout with a 13-6 record after their 8-7 league loss to Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM).
