Oregon High School Softball - South Eugene knocked off by Roseburg

The Roseburg Indians overwhelmed the host South Eugene Axe softball squad by a count of 14-2 in Saturday's league challenge.
Next, the Indians meet the Grants Pass Cavemen (Grants Pass, OR) in a 6A Southwest challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Roseburg will attempt to upgrade on its 13-3 season record. The Cavemen go into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 13-3 league loss to North Medford (Medford, OR).
The Axe (1-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Sheldon (Eugene, OR). The Irish go into the 6A Southwest challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Sheldon was routed by Crater (Central Point, OR), 7-4, in a non-league challenge.
