Ohio High School Softball - Salem bounces Struthers

In Saturday's non-league match, the host Salem Quakers softball team scored a tight 10-4 victory over the Struthers Wildcats.

The Quakers (6-7) will now prepare for their match against West Branch (Beloit, OH). The Warriors go into the Eastern Buckeye match with a 9-3 record. In their last match, West Branch was routed by Poland Seminary (Poland, OH), 9-3, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Windham Bombers (Windham, OH) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, April 22. Struthers will attempt to better on its 1-11 season record. The Bombers go into the match with a 2-9 record after their 12-11 non-league loss to Grand Valley (Orwell, OH).
