The Cleburne County Tigers baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting White Plains Wildcats to 6 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tigers (11-8) will now prepare for their match against Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league match with a 9-7 record.

The Wildcats (7-11) will now prepare for their match against Cherokee County (Centre, AL). The Warriors go into the 4A Area 9 match with a 10-12 record. In their last match, Cherokee County was overwhelmed by Piedmont (Piedmont, AL), 12-1, in a non-league match.
