In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting St. Martinville Tigers baseball team scored a tight 6-1 victory over the Episcopal of Acadiana Falcons.
The Tigers (8-7) will now prepare for their game against Erath (Erath, LA). The Bobcats go into the 3A District 6 game with a 7-8 record. In their last game, Erath was overwhelmed by Delcambre (Delcambre, LA), 5-3, in a non-league game.
The Falcons (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Bell City (Bell City, LA). The Bruins go into the non-league game with a 6-5 record. In their last game, Bell City was overwhelmed by DeQuincy (DeQuincy, LA), 19-2, in a non-league game.
