In Saturday's league game, the host Moriarty Pintos baseball team scored a nice 12-1 victory over the Espanola Valley Sundevils.
The Pintos (4-12) will now prepare for their game against Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM). The Sundevils go into the 4A District 2 game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Espanola Valley was overwhelmed by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 24-3, in a league game.
The Sundevils (4-11) will now prepare for their game against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos go into the 4A District 2 game with a 2-12 record. In their last game, Moriarty was overwhelmed by Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM), 7-6, in a league game.
