The Sherman Tide baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Wahama White Falcons to 4 in the Tide non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tide (8-3) will now prepare for their match against Wahama (Mason, WV). The White Falcons go into the Little Kanawha match with a 6-1 record. In their last match, Wahama tipped St. Marys (St. Marys, WV), 5-4, in a league match.
The White Falcons (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Sherman (Seth, WV). The Tide go into the Coalfield A match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Sherman was overwhelmed by Capital (Charleston, WV), 7-6, in a non-league match.
