The Grants Pirates baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats to 1 in the Pirates non-league victory on Saturday.
The Pirates (5-7) will now prepare for their match against Valencia (Los Lunas, NM). The Jaguars go into the match with a 3-9 record. In their last match, Valencia by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 7-3, in a non-league match.
The Bobcats (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Aztec (Aztec, NM). The Tigers go into the match with a 0-4 record.
