In Saturday's non-league contest, the West Forsyth Titans (Clemmons, NC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC), by a margin of 7-0.

With the triumph, West Forsyth moves its record to 10-4 on the year. The Titans host Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC) to play the Mustangs in a Central Piedmont 4A contest on Monday, April 4. The Mustangs come into the contest with a record of 1-5.

In their next game, the Buckin' Elks play the South Stokes Sauras (Walnut Cove, NC) in a Northwest 1A contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Elkin will attempt to move on its 7-4 season record. The Sauras come into the contest with a 9-3 record after their 6-1 league win over North Stokes (Danbury, NC).
