Pennsylvania High School Softball - Emmaus gets by Whitehall

The Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA) softball nipped the visiting Whitehall Zephyrs (Whitehall, PA), 3-2 in Saturday's league bout.

The Hornets (4-1) will now prepare for their bout against East Stroudsburg South (East Stroudsburg, PA). The Cavaliers go into the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, East Stroudsburg South held off Louis E. Dieruff (Allentown, PA), 17-1, in a league bout.

The Zephyrs now possess a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Pocono Mountain West for a Eastern Pennsylvania Conference bout on Monday, April 4.
