Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host McQueen Lancers (Reno, NV), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Cougars now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to McQueen for a 5A North challenge on Saturday, April 2. Spanish Springs will battle a Lancers squad coming off a 13-6 non-league loss to Douglas (Minden, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, McQueen falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Lancers host Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV) to battle the Cougars in a 5A North challenge on Saturday, April 2.
