California High School Softball - Prospect bounces Santa Clara

The Prospect Panthers routed the visiting Santa Clara Bruins softball squad by a final score of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Panthers (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Lincoln (San Jose, CA). The Lions go into the Santa Teresa battle with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Lincoln was routed by Willow Glen (San Jose, CA), 13-5, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bruins play the Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA) in a El Camino contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Santa Clara will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 0-5 record after their 25-1 league loss to Cupertino (Cupertino, CA).
