California High School Volleyball - Nevada Union over Placer

The Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) volleyball were victorious over the visiting Placer Hillmen (Auburn, CA), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

With the win, Nevada Union upgrades its record to 9-6 on the year. The Miners travel to Oakmont (Roseville, CA) to play the Vikings in a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, April 4. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Oakmont won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lincoln (Lincoln, CA)

The Hillmen now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host West Park for a Foothill Valley bout on Thursday, April 4. Placer will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-5.
