In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting St. Andrew's Cardinals soccer squad scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Wilmington Friends Quakers.
The Cardinals (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Sanford (Hockessin, DE). The Warriors come into the Independent - DISC bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Sanford held off Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE), 4-0, in a league bout.
