Lake City Timberwolves (Coeur d'Alene, ID) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Post Falls Trojans (Post Falls, ID), 22-6 in a league challenge.
The Timberwolves now own a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Moscow for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 6.
With the loss, Post Falls falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Lakeland (Rathdrum, ID) to battle the Hawks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 4-1.
