The Deer Valley Skyhawks softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Agua Fria Owls to 1 in the Skyhawks league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Deer Valley improves its record to 12-8 on the year. The Skyhawks travel to Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Titans in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 3. The Titans come into the game with a record of 9-7. Thunderbird lost 6-1 in their recent league game against Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ)

In their next game, the Owls clash with the Peoria Panthers (Peoria, AZ) in a 4A West Valley game, on Friday, April 5. Agua Fria will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 0-13 record after their 14-13 league loss to Goldwater (Phoenix, AZ).
