Bald Knob Bulldogs (Bald Knob, AR) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Rose Bud Ramblers (Rose Bud, AR), 12-2 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harding Academy for a 3A Region 6 challenge on Friday, April 5. Bald Knob will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-1 non-league win over Lonoke (Lonoke, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Rose Bud falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Ramblers host Pangburn (Pangburn, AR) to battle the Tigers in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Thursday, April 4. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 4-7. Pangburn won 15-12 in their recent non-league challenge against Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR)
