The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the Henrietta Bearcats (Henrietta, TX) and the visiting Bowie Jackrabbits (Bowie, TX), saw Henrietta's softball squad nip Bowie by a count of 11-6.

The Bearcats now sport a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to City View for a 3A Region I District 7 match on Tuesday, April 9.

With the loss, Bowie falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Jackrabbits travel to Jacksboro (Jacksboro, TX) to face the Tigers in a 3A Region I District 7 match on Friday, April 5. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 24-3. Jacksboro won 17-4 in their recent league match against Holliday (Holliday, TX)
