In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Clarendon Lions softball team scored a nice 21-0 win over the Brinkley Tigers.
Coming up next, the Lions battle the Hazen Hornets (Hazen, AR) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, April 4. Clarendon will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Hornets enter the outing with a 2-9 record after their 13-12 league loss to Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR).
The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their outing against Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR). The Mustangs enter the 1A Region 5 outing with a 6-9 record. In their last outing, Midland was routed by Pangburn (Pangburn, AR), 15-12, in a non-league outing.
