With the triumph, Gilmer moves its record to 14-10 on the year. The Buckeyes host Spring Hill (Longview, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 4A Region III District 17 game on Friday, April 5. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 3-25. Spring Hill lost 12-2 in their recent league game against Henderson (Henderson, TX)

In their next game, the Roughriders clash with the Carthage Bulldogs (Carthage, TX) in a 4A Region III District 17 game, on Friday, April 5. Center will attempt to move on its 8-17 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 17-11 record after their 12-2 league win over Kilgore (Kilgore, TX).
