Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Biglerville nipped by Delone Catholic

Delone Catholic Squires (McSherrystown, PA) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the visiting Biglerville Canners (Biglerville, PA), 7-6 in a league match.

With the triumph, Delone Catholic advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Squires travel to St. John's Catholic Prep (Buckeystown, MD) to battle the Vikings in a non-league match on Saturday, April 5. The Vikings come into the match with a record of 6-5. St. John's Catholic Prep lost 10-0 in their recent non-league match against St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD)

The Canners now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to James Buchanan for a non-league match on Friday, April 4. Biglerville will battle a Rockets squad coming off a 11-11 league Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 4-2.
