The Elizabethtown Panthers baseball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting East Carter Raiders to 1 in the Panthers non-league win on Wednesday.
The Panthers now hold a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Hardin for a District 17 outing on Tuesday, April 8.
The Raiders (6-3) will now prepare for their outing against Elliott County (Sandy Hook, KY). The Lions come into the District 62 outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Elliott County was overwhelmed by Morgan County (West Liberty, KY), 24-0, in a league outing.
