The Lincoln Hornets baseball team scored 19 runs and held the visiting Eldorado Firehawks to 1 in the Hornets non-league win on Wednesday.

The Hornets now own a 6-6 record. They take the field next when they host Coastal Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. Lincoln will clash with a Stingrays team coming off a 12-4 non-league win over Crawford (San Diego, CA). The Stingrays record now stands at 6-6.

With the defeat, Eldorado drops to 7-5 on the year. The Firehawks travel to Viewpoint (Calabasas, CA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, April 3. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 5-5. Viewpoint won 17-4 in their recent non-league test against Hoover (San Diego, CA)
