The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Great Falls Red Devils (Great Falls, SC) and the visiting York Prep Patriots (Rock Hill, SC), saw Great Falls's baseball team gain a win over York Prep by a tally of 14-7.

The Red Devils (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Midlands STEM Charter (Winnsboro, SC). The Mavericks enter the 1A Region 3 battle with a 0-5 record.

Next, the Patriots face the Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) in a battle, on Friday, April 4. York Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 10-3 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Sumter (Sumter, SC).
