The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Marist War Eagles (Atlanta, GA) and the visiting Northview Titans (Johns Creek, GA), saw Marist's baseball team beat Northview by a margin of 11-1.

The War Eagles (17-5) will now prepare for their battle against Southwest DeKalb (Decatur, GA). The Panthers enter the AAAA Region 5 battle with a 11-10 record. In their last battle, Southwest DeKalb was overwhelmed by St. Pius X Catholic (Atlanta, GA), 5-0, in a league challenge.

With the defeat, Northview drops to 9-14 on the year. The Titans travel to Clarkston (Clarkston, GA) to clash with the Angoras in a AAAA Region 5 challenge on Thursday, April 3. The Angoras go into the challenge with a record of 0-13. Clarkston lost 7-0 in their recent league challenge against North Springs (Atlanta, GA)
