Nevada High School Volleyball - Coronado over Silverado

Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) and the host Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV), observed Coronado's volleyball team top Silverado by a count of 3-1.

The Cougars (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against Silverado (Las Vegas, NV). The Skyhawks enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Silverado was knocked off by Coronado (Henderson, NV), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Skyhawks meet the Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league contest, on Friday, April 4. Silverado will attempt to move on its 5-10 season record. The Mountain Lions enter the contest with a 8-8 record after their 3-1 league win over Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV).
