The Swampscott Big Blue baseball team scored 1 runs and held the visiting Northeast Metro RVT Knights to 0 in the Big Blue non-league win on Wednesday.
The Big Blue now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School for a non-league test on Monday, April 7.
With the defeat, Northeast Metro RVT drops to 0-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA) to clash with the Reggies in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8. The Reggies go into the test with a record of 1-0. Greater Lawrence Tech won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Lawrence (Lawrence, MA)
