Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Alta Hawks (Sandy, UT) and the visiting Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT), witnessed Alta's lacrosse squad top Uintah by a count of 20-3.

The Hawks (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Olympus (Salt Lake City, UT). The Titans enter the 5A Region 6 contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Olympus beat Waterford (Sandy, UT), 19-5, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Uintah falls to 2-8 on the year. The Utes host Orem (Orem, UT) to face the Tigers in a 4A Region 8 outing on Monday, April 7. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 2-4. Orem lost 16-0 in their recent league outing against Payson (Payson, UT)
