Dighton-Rehoboth Regional Falcons (North Dighton, MA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Norton Lancers (Norton, MA), 16-7 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Dighton-Rehoboth Regional advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Falcons travel to Taunton (Taunton, MA) to play the Tigers in a non-league game on Friday, April 4. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 0-0.
The Lancers now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bellingham for a Tri-Valley game on Monday, April 7. Norton will play a Blackhawks team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Ursuline Academy (Dedham, MA). The Blackhawks record now stands at 0-4.
