The Weddington Warriors triumphed over the visiting Porter Ridge Pirates lacrosse team by a tally of 18-1 in Wednesday's league match.

Next up, the Warriors confront the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a Southern Carolina/Rocky River match, on Thursday, April 3. Weddington will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The Spartans come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Independence (Charlotte, NC).
