Fans at Wednesday's league battle between the River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) and the host Ascend Leadership Aviators (Sanford, NC), saw River Mill's soccer squad knock off Ascend Leadership by a count of 4-1.

The Jaguars (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Knights enter the Central Tar Heel 1A battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Chatham Charter by Clover Garden School (Burlington, NC), 4-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Aviators battle the Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A battle, on Friday, April 4. Ascend Leadership will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Wolves enter the battle with a 3-2 record after their 4-0 league win over River Mill (Graham, NC).
