With the loss, Halifax County moves to 3-2 on the year. The Comets travel to Altavista (Altavista, VA) to encounter the Colonels in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 4. The Colonels go into the challenge with a record of 0-4. Altavista lost 8-0 in their recent non-league challenge against North Cross (Roanoke, VA)
