In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Venice Indians (Venice, FL) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Manatee Hurricanes (Bradenton, FL), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Indians encounter the Palmetto Tigers (Palmetto, FL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 3. Venice will attempt to upgrade on its 17-5 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 4-8 record after their 11-7 non-league loss to Inspiration Academy (Bradenton, FL).
The Hurricanes (3-7) will now prepare for their bout against Out-of-Door Academy (Sarasota, FL). The Thunder enter the non-league bout with a 5-5 record.
