Next, the Indians play the Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 3. Montgomery County will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 10-0 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Bryan Station (Lexington, KY).

The Colonels (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Paul Laurence Dunbar edged Lexington Christian (Lexington, KY), 16-0, in a league challenge.
