In Wednesday's non-league test, the Murphy Panthers (Mobile, AL) softball squad overwhelmed the host Chickasaw Chieftains (Chickasaw, AL), by a tally of 13-7.

Next, the Panthers clash with the St. Michael Catholic Cardinals (Fairhope, AL) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 7. Murphy will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Cardinals go into the test with a 9-14 record after their 12-1 non-league win over Davidson (Mobile, AL).

The Chieftains (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Blount (Eight Mile, AL). The Leopards go into the non-league test with a 2-6 record.
