In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Clinton Red Devils softball team scored a nice 22-6 win over the Laurens Raiders.
The Red Devils (6-8) will now prepare for their match against Newberry (Newberry, SC). The Bulldogs come into the non-league match with a 1-5 record.
In their next game, the Raiders confront the Fountain Inn Fury (Fountain Inn, SC) in a AAAA Region 1 match, on Thursday, April 3. Laurens will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Fury come into the match with a 6-4 record after their 23-7 league win over Laurens (Laurens, SC).
