The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX) and the host Coppell Cowboys (Coppell, TX), observed Guyer's softball team prevail over Coppell by a tally of 11-0.

The Wildcats (17-3) will now prepare for their bout against Hebron (Carrollton, TX). The Hawks go into the 6A Region I District 5 outing with a 15-4 record. In their last outing, Hebron achieved victory over Marcus (Flower Mound, TX), 3-2, in a league outing.

With the loss, Coppell moves to 13-11 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Little Elm (Little Elm, TX) to encounter the Lobos in a 6A Region I District 5 outing on Saturday, April 5. The Lobos come into the outing with a record of 5-14. Little Elm lost 11-0 in their recent league outing against Flower Mound (Flower Mound, TX)
