The crowd at Wednesday's league bout between the Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH) and the visiting Euclid Panthers (Euclid, OH), observed Mentor's softball team get by Euclid by a tally of 6-0.

The Cardinals (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Howland (Warren, OH). The Tigers go into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Howland was routed by West Branch (Beloit, OH), 12-4, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Shaker Heights Red Raiders (Shaker Heights, OH) in a Greater Cleveland bout, on Monday, April 7. Euclid will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a 3-0 record after their 26-5 non-league win over Rhodes (Cleveland, OH).
