The Gig Harbor Tides softball team scored 21 runs and held the host Silas Rams to 8 in the Tides league win on Wednesday.

The Tides now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mount Tahoma for a 3A Pierce County battle on Thursday, April 3. Gig Harbor will encounter a T-Birds team coming off a 14-4 league win over Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The T-Birds record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Silas moves to 4-3 on the season. The Rams host Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA) to encounter the Cougars in a 3A Pierce County battle on Thursday, April 3. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 7-1. Central Kitsap won 12-5 in their recent non-league battle against Peninsula (Gig Harbor, WA)
