The Millville Thunderbolts overwhelmed the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs softball squad by a count of 11-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.
Next, the Thunderbolts meet the Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 5. Millville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 2-0 record after their 8-4 league win over Pitman (Pitman, NJ).
The Mustangs (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph (Hammonton, NJ). The Wildcats go into the Cape-Atlantic - American challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph was routed by Vineland (Vineland, NJ), 5-2, in a league challenge.
