Pennsylvania High School Softball - Valley View held off by North Pocono

The North Pocono Trojans got by the host Valley View Cougars softball squad by a count of 7-6 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Trojans meet the Scranton Prep Cavaliers (Scranton, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, April 5. North Pocono will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 11-9 non-league loss to Delaware Valley (Milford, PA).

The Cougars (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA). The Comets go into the Lackawanna 1 challenge with a 2-0 record. In their last challenge, Abington Heights held off Scranton (Scranton, PA), 15-1, in a league challenge.
