In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Puckett Wolves softball team scored a nice 22-0 victory over the Pelahatchie Chiefs.

The Wolves (11-6) will now prepare for their match against St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS). The Saints go into the 2A Region 6 match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, St. Andrew's Episcopal was routed by Magee (Magee, MS), 24-9, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Chiefs battle the Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS) in a 2A Region 6 match, on Thursday, April 3. Pelahatchie will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Dragons go into the match with a 15-6 record after their 5-4 league loss to Raleigh (Raleigh, MS).
