New Jersey High School Baseball - Ewing sneaks past Notre Dame

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Ewing Blue Devils (Trenton, NJ) and the host Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ), observed Ewing's baseball squad nip Notre Dame by a final score of 6-5.

With the triumph, Ewing moves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Blue Devils host West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ) to confront the Pirates in a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 7. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 1-2.

The Irish now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hightstown for a non-league contest on Tuesday, April 7. Notre Dame will confront a Rams squad coming off a 12-8 non-league loss to Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ). The Rams record now stands at 3-2.
