The Kings Mountain Mountaineers triumphed over the host Huss Huskies baseball squad by a score of 18-0 in Thursday's league outing.

Next up, the Mountaineers battle the Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, April 7. Kings Mountain will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Mountaineers come into the outing with a 8-5 record after their 9-8 league win over Smoky Mountain (Sylva, NC).

The Huskies (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC). The Greenwave go into the Big South 5A/6A test with a 5-8 record.
