Florida High School Baseball - Taylor County loses to Wakulla

April 2, 2026: Perry, FL 32347

The Wakulla War Eagles triumphed over the host Taylor County Bulldogs baseball team by a count of 13-6 in Thursday's non-league test.

The War Eagles now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host Bartram Trail for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 3. Wakulla will clash with a Bears team coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Menendez (St. Augustine, FL). The Bears record now stands at 13-7.

With the defeat, Taylor County falls to 5-13 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Echols County (Statenville, GA) to encounter the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, April 6. The Wildcats enter the bout with a record of 4-16. Echols County lost 10-0 in their recent league bout against Lanier County (Lakeland, GA)
