The Taos Tigers baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Wednesday.
The Tigers (11-10) will now prepare for their match against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the 4A District 2 match with a 5-17 record. In their last match, Pojoaque Valley was overwhelmed by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 14-2, in a league match.
The Sundevils (5-16) will now prepare for their match against West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM). The Dons go into the non-league match with a 5-12 record. In their last match, West Las Vegas was overwhelmed by Robertson (Las Vegas, NM), 6-4, in a league match.
