Georgia High School Baseball - Gainesville nudged by West Forsyth

The West Forsyth Wolverines baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Gainesville Red Elephants to 4 in the Wolverines league victory on Wednesday.
The Wolverines (15-14) will now prepare for their match against Denmark (Alpharetta, GA). The go into the AAAAAAA Region 6 match with a 21-8 record. In their last test, Denmark was nudged by South Forsyth (Cumming, GA), 15-13, in a league test.
With the defeat, Gainesville falls to 10-17 on the season. The Red elephants host Forsyth Central (Cumming, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a AAAAAAA Region 6 test on Thursday, April 21. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 8-20. Forsyth Central lost 9-2 in their recent league test against Lambert (Suwanee, GA)
