Indiana High School Baseball - South Bend Clay loses to New Prairie

The New Prairie Cougars crushed the host South Bend Clay Colonials baseball team by a count of 23-4 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Cougars now possess a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host La Porte for a non-league bout on Friday, April 22. New Prairie will face a Slicers team coming off a 14-5 non-league win over Goshen (Goshen, IN). The Slicers record now stands at 7-1.

Next, the Colonials face the Gary West Side Cougars (Gary, IN) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 23. South Bend Clay will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Cougars enter the bout with a 0-4 record after their 16-1 league loss to Hammond Morton (Hammond, IN).
