The Wilcox County Patriots baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Wheeler County Bulldogs to 0 in the Patriots league victory on Wednesday.
The Patriots (23-0) will now prepare for their match against Treutlen (Soperton, GA). The Vikings go into the A Public Region 4 match with a 15-11 record. In their last match, Treutlen was overwhelmed by Wilcox County (Rochelle, GA), 14-0, in a league match.
The Bulldogs (9-16) will now prepare for their match against Hawkinsville (Hawkinsville, GA). The Red Devils go into the A Public Region 4 match with a 14-10 record. In their last match, Hawkinsville gained a win over Wheeler County (Alamo, GA), 16-9, in a league match.
