North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Cardinal Gibbons bounces Broughton

The Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders lacrosse team scored 24 points and restricted the visiting Broughton Capitals to 9 in the Crusaders league victory on Wednesday.

The Crusaders now have a 11-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Myers Park for a non-league test on Friday, April 22. Cardinal Gibbons will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 20-0 league win over Independence (Charlotte, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-5.

In their next game, the Capitals face the Enloe Eagles (Raleigh, NC) in a CAP 6 game, on Monday, April 25. Broughton will attempt to better on its 9-6 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 1-11 record after their 17-7 league loss to Sanderson (Raleigh, NC).
